The last is the electrochemical degreasing method. Different from the two methods mentioned before, this electrochemical cleaning method is more environmentally friendly, has no side effects, and has high efficiency. The metal stamping parts are placed in an alkaline electrolyte, and under the action of direct current, the solution is reduced. The surface tension penetrates toward the stained surface of the metal stamping parts, producing ionization to separate out hydroxide ions and decompose the stains. This method is more suitable for metal stamping parts before electroplating.
