We should also pay attention to the roughness as it directly determines the friction between the gear and the shaft. If there is not enough friction, slippage is likely, resulting in an insufficient gear ratio. The shape and position error is also a point to pay attention to, because how do different shapes mesh? Even if the shape is similar, it cannot be installed and matched at will, otherwise it is easy to cause safety accidents.

2. For idling or slip gears, the assembly method of this special precision gear will be more special. Since its assembly accuracy mainly depends on the manufacturing accuracy of the parts, it must be strictly checked during procurement. Such precision gears should not be engaged or blocked on the shaft, otherwise the entire gearbox will not work, or even the entire gearbox will be scrapped.
