4. The fabrication and processing of all the surface layers should be carried out in a fixed clamping as much as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to select a fixing method that facilitates the fabrication and processing of each surface layer of the product workpiece.
Before CNC machining parts, the operator of the machining center should combine the specifications and accuracy of the product workpiece, the size of the skew angle, the appearance of the CNC tool, the clamping method of the parts and the difficulty level of programming, etc. Matters needing attention, choose a good production and processing solution.
