1. Before installing the gear, the matching dimensional accuracy of the gear hole and the shaft end face must be checked. If the error is large, it is likely to cause the gear to knock out and the gear will slide directly off the shaft. In light of this situation, the machine may be injured, and in severe cases, serious personal accidents may be caused! In addition to this, we should also pay attention to the roughness, because it directly determines the friction between the gear and the shaft. If there is not enough friction, slippage is likely, resulting in an insufficient gear ratio.

2. For idling or slip gears, the assembly method of this special precision gears will be more special. Since its assembly accuracy mainly depends on the manufacturing accuracy of the parts, it must be strictly checked during procurement. Such precision gears should not be engaged or blocked on the shaft, otherwise the entire gearbox will not work, or even the entire gearbox will be scrapped.
