When the precision CNC processing plant produces products, the small mistakes of the operators often lead to the deformation of the products, thus affecting the production efficiency of the enterprise. So how to reduce the deformation of CNC machining parts? The following three procedures must be noted.
The first is heat treatment. In the process of CNC machining parts, due to various reasons, the product is prone to bending after heat treatment. On the one hand, there will be bulges in the middle, and the plane deviation will increase, which is caused by the improper operation of the operator, but this situation rarely happens in our company; on the other hand, due to the influence of various external factors, the fixture is bent. These deformation problems are not only due to the change of internal stress after heat treatment, but also due to the weak professional knowledge of the operator and the lack of understanding of the structural stability of the product, which increases the probability of part deformation. It is also important to read the drawings accurately and carefully and process the mechanical parts according to the drawings.

The second is the clamping is too tight. Auxiliary tools are often used to clamp products during processing. In order to avoid vibration when the product is processed by CNC, this method is adopted, but some situations similar to heat treatment will also occur. At this time, adjust the clamping force according to the position of the clamping point to increase the contact area between the fixture and the workpiece as much as possible. This will be much better to handle, thereby reducing the deformation of CNC machining parts.
Last but not least is tool cutting. Due to the lack of rigidity of the product or the tool, affected by the cutting force, the product is thick on the top and thin on the bottom, which is called the knife feeding phenomenon. The way to deal with this phenomenon is to improve the sharpness of the blade and reduce the frictional resistance between the blade and the workpiece. Thus, the possibility of deformation of CNC machining parts during cutting by the tool is reduced.
