General iron products will rust. This is basic common sense, and many people know it. The CNC machined parts or accessories as bearings, etc., are prone to rust due to stock conditions or improper rust prevention. It is basically impossible to use mechanical methods to deal with them, but chemical pickling will damage the accuracy of the parts. The following are Introduction of two technological processes for rust removal of CNC machined parts.

The first method, the immersion cleaning process
First, add the professional cleaning stock solution to the tank, preferably a plastic or stainless steel tank, which can reduce the penetration of iron ions into the stock solution and reduce the service life;
Second, use an electric heater to heat it to 40-50 degrees and keep it, normal temperature can also just need to extend the time;
Third, soak the metal processing parts into the tank;
Fourth, if it is necessary to further improve the efficiency, a circulating pump can be added to stir the tank liquid;
Fifth, take out the workpiece after the rust is completely dissolved, and rinse with water-based rust inhibitor;
Then, dry or dry naturally after rinsing, or directly dehydrate and prevent rust;
Finally, if necessary, carry out comprehensive rust prevention and transfer to the next process.
The second method, wipe cleaning process.
First, repeatedly wipe with a rag, this method is suitable for cleaning and derusting of large equipment or workpieces;
Then after wiping, dry it with hot air or dry it naturally and apply anti-rust oil.
There is no damage to CNC machined parts, the parts will not change, and they will not be corroded, and can perfectly remove the floating rust, and ensure the original accuracy, suitable for high-precision parts rework or repair.
