In sheet metal processing, the milling process can produce custom prototypes and final parts in as little as 1 day. Manufacture parts from over 30 engineering-grade plastics and metals using 3-axis milling and 5-axis indexed milling processes.

How does CNC milling work?
It is a subtractive manufacturing process. First, a piece of metal or plastic material is secured inside the CNC mill. Program CNC machines with G-code to quickly mill parts from blocks of stock. Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines are equipped with a variety of toolsets to maximize efficiency and production speed.
Machined parts remain milled, which usually means they show visible tool marks. Some metal parts are available with more surface treatment options, such as anodizing and chromate plating.
